Voice command. That worked as good as the dog barking.

I talk like Donald Duck through the microphone to scare my Grackles off.

Not many people know it, but @AnnWithAPlan was a backup singer for one of my favorite singers.

Both of them were my favs. So sad they are both gone now.

Oh, they’re there every day still.

Not sure if you’re referring to the grackles, but I was thinking about John and Olivia.

Rarely do I get to post a bird video. Let alone an action shot.

Slowed down a bit to identify the bird. Thrush?

Is that a ‘little library’ across the street?

Thats not a Swallow?

Yes, that is a little bookshare box across the street. If you can identify my bird, I can move it to an appropriate thread. I posted it here to be with other flying birds

Tom, thanks for the slow-mo video!

Looks like a female Tree Swallow to me.

We have those in local parks by the playground. Sometimes children will run from the car to get a new book and leave one. BEFORE they play on the playground.

I did that on my iPad. Amazed at how easy it is.

We have those here, too. Sometimes my daughters will leave books in the boxes. I’m pretty sure that’s a swallow of some kind. Thrushes don’t have a different kind of tail, from what I’ve seen.
