Well i haven’t been able to get pass the login successful redirecting home, not working, go home page for 3 months and I’ve done everything I’ve been instructed to do, including clearing cache reinstalling changing passwords doing everything on the website and canceling my account and starting over and nothing they’ve told me will get the app open and nobody knows why. Everything was fine for a couple of years with a few connectivity issues but i was always able to work it out without help, i thought maybe i missed a payment or something else I’ve some really bad rumors and I’ve put the possibility out there so i won’t keep saying it. Now yesterday i deleted the app because i couldn’t handle the frustration, my PTSD started acting up bad and the flashbacks started now I’m all screwed up and in trouble because i have no security from maniac who has been stalking me and a lot of attempts to kill me, so when I leave my apartment or am coming home i don’t know if he or any of his friends are here waiting for me or maybe left something behind. And wyzes help was a joke. And not funny at all, they refunded one month and that’s it for 3 months with NO SERVICE. And guess what, they just tried to hit up my card for another month 15 minutes ago and not only can wyze not help me nobody else can either, like when it comes to the forum, i can’t get anyone to make as much as a suggestion . I don’t have the app and have canceled but they still trying to get money, so i concluded i need to accept I’m stuck with 2 camv2 cameras and a continuing bill and wyze is like every other selfish greedy scam, i used to see posts of people going off on wyze, i mean really slamming wyze and i wasn’t having any problems so i thought these people were pouring out sour grapes, ohh but now I see why. No company should get paid for selling a product or a service they can’t fix when something goes wrong with their systems. Grrrr.

Deleting the app doesn’t cancel anything. You need to actually cancel the service. If you’re having trouble logging into the app, you can do it through one of these ways instead:
If you ordered through the Wyze website or customer support or it came with a purchase from a retailer, you can cancel it by contacting support. They apparently misunderstood you to just want a credit and didn’t understand that you also wanted to cancel. Make sure to get confirmation that they cancelled the service for you. Alternatively you could do it yourself by going to my.wyze.com and login there instead of in the app. Go to services and cancel your subscription.
If you originally ordered the subscription in the app, then the reason support couldn’t cancel your subscription is because technically they have no control over the subscription because any subscription ordered in an app is actually controlled by Google or Apple. You will have to contact Google or Apple because you ordered the Wyze subscription through them, not through Wyze. Your 2 options to cancel are to either cancel it yourself in the app (which you’re struggling to access), or contact Google/Apple support to have them cancel it. They don’t allow Wyze to touch it if you ordered through the app. Your complaint is with Google/Apple still charging you. They have full control of all subscriptions made through any so that came from their app stores and they are very restrictive about allowing cancelling or refunds for anything ordered through apps. Call them.
