I have no idea why every time I go to the app my motion and person is turned off in the wyze app for my v3 cameras?
Do you share the camera with anyone else? Shared accounts have permission to control some of these settings, and it’s common to find that shared users think they get too many notifications and turn these settings off, thinking they are only affecting their phone’s notifications and not realizing those are global settings.
If you didn’t share the camera with anyone else, I would try the following: clear the app cache, delete the camera off the app. Restart your phone. Setup the camera from scratch again. Adjust the settings. See if it happens again now. If it does, submit a log for the camera, give it to support to pass on to the engineers to look at.
