Woke up today and saw there was an update…I HATE it! I use to be cable to look back in the history at 30 second intervals and now I can’t! It does a couple minutes either way and each time you scroll it has to load the image. I use it as a nanny cam to keep an eye on my elderly mother and I need it like it was so I don’t miss things. How can I revert it back??? Updates are to make things better, not harder.
Start off with what camera, what firmware version, and what app version?
And no, “the current version” is NOT an acceptable answer.
What are you trying to revert, firmware or app? For either you can search the forum. If you need more specific help, follow @K6CCC’ advice.
I apologize for omitting the important info.
Wyze Cam v3
Version 4.36.14.3497
Hey Nina!
The app version is relevant, too, here’s where you can find it::
Account → About
…and here’s the update history on the Wyze site for general reference:

Also, if you happen to be using the beta version of the app, this change could be affecting your experience:
Is this the screen we’re talking about with the 30 second intervals?
