I changed my Internet service provider

Now my cameras stopped working. Don’t tell me I have to delete the devices and reset it up? lol ugh I can’t find an option in this app to simply select a new WiFi network. Your thoughts please

If you no longer have access to the old router then you can’t use the “change network” feature of the app. Just set the network name and password on your new router to whatever it was on the old and the cams (and all your other devices) should come back online without any changes needed.

If you want to use the new network name and password then you just have to press the setup button and go through the setup again, you don’t need to delete the device, it will just update it to the new info. Even though you’re going through the process to add a new camera, it will see that it is an existing cam and just update it.

Welcome to the Forum, @seczindn!

To add to what @dave27 said, I’ve found that it’s not even necessary to complete the setup process for an existing Cam. Once the in-app add-device routine informs you that a Cam is connected to Wi-Fi, you can abort the process (so you don’t have to go through giving it a name or anything else) and the Cam should be available to you in the app with its existing name and settings.
