Need help, I can’t go livestream on my cameras everytime I’m out of the house, but when I’m at home they are working. I did try resetting it still do same thing when I’m out and I see some of my camera flashing blue lights.
So if I understand what you’re saying, when you are on your WiFi at home, you can watch your cameras, but when you are using cellular data away from home you can’t watch the cameras.
If that is the case, one of the more common reasons is using a VPN that ends up blocking your cameras.
I do have doorbell pro and og cam they are working but the v3 cam and pan v3 doesn’t work.
