Hub won’t connect time’s out

Just out of curiosity, what sensor are you trying to activate on it?
I’m going to take a wild guess and ask if it is a smaller original V1 contact sensor?

Can you give more details on what you’re doing or when it times out?

I can’t get the hub to connect to the internet. Connection time’s out.

I can’t get the hub to pair. After hitting the reset button and hearing ready to pair it will say connection timed out. This problem just started earlier in the week. Thanks for your input.
