Hub frost need help

I have hub monitong but my kinda frost I have 3 light on and try to reset it. Long press and short press doesn’t work. Help greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you did a short press it means you probably reset it and will have to go through setup/pairing again as if you’re setting it for the first time.

Go into the app, click on the plus sign and say you are adding a new device, select sensors and hub and go through the instructions as if you are setting up a new hub.

Unfortunately if you short tap the reset button, in my experience it tends to do exactly that…it resets and you have to start over. After you set up the hub again, you’ll have to set up all the sensors again.

Avoid short-tapping the reset button in the future. :wink:
