Im can access the camera on phone and amazon devices but not on my computer on the website this is very frustrating and i want it fixed NOW !!! i am sick and tired of all the problems i have with these camera’s i have had to have 4 replaced in about 2 years now. Having non working cameras does not protect my security. get a hold of me ASAP
Sorry, nobody here but other users. Do you have a Cam Plus subscription ? You need one to view on the web. Did you go to this site and log in to view your camera.?

Unfortunately, as @Antonius pointed out, this is primarily a user to user forum. Wyze staff doesn’t actively monitor posts, nor will anyone from Wyze call you based off this request. If you need to talk to support, you’ll need to call them or contact them via their support page on the wyze website.
