How to subscribe wyze products monitoring service?

don’t mean to be mean

but really how to monitor if my wyze product is working or not?

  1. when i need to check camera playback video (rarely) only to find the microsd card not working, so no recording at all

  2. one day i found my two lights have been on 24x7, and only to find they are offline and thus schedule not working

  3. i use wyze plug to start the pump every two hours to pump out leaking water, only to find the rule schedule somtimes not working and hv garage flooded w/ water

  4. raise your hand if you purchased the contact sensors as early as ealy acess but still manage to get it working
