How to find a summary of plans and camera assignments

I should have 3 paid plans, yet when I go to some places on the Wyze site (whether in the app or on the Web) it shows two and other places it shows one plan. Furthermore, it is opaque how one assigns a plan to a camera. There are no written instructions about how one does this. The Wyze app and the Web site are both built to sell Wyze products and services, not to provide support. I’m close to giving up.

You can’t assign cameras to any plans through the app. You have to do it via web site. Log in into your account and select cameras there.

All I can say is, “Who knew?” Thanks. But, now a new issue. I have three cameras, one of them relatively new. I had two subscriptions already bought, so I purchased a third Cam Plus. That subscription purchase seemed to go into a black hole. Not only can I not assign it to my new camera, I don’t even see a record of the purchase. Is this because the new camera still has the 1 month free thing going? If so, another Wyze well kept Web site secret!

Did you purchase the missing subscription from Wyze or the Apple App Store?

Are you paying $2.99 per month for each plan? If so, you may want to consider Cam Plus Unlimited which is $9.99 per month. You should also be able to add more cameras in the future easily with the price staying at $9.99.

Always purchase your subscriptions through the Wyze web site.

Through the Wyze site.

You’ll need to contact Wyze Customer Support for subscription issues as no one here has access to your account info. They are well-versed at diagnosing subscription issues. I’d call via phone to make it easier on both ends, but you can do chat also if time is short.
