# How to access individual sockets

My outdoor Plug is working but I can only access one of two sockets

This is within the Wyze app? What app version are you using? Are the plugs grouped perhaps? Can you post screenshots of what you’re seeing? Thanks in advance!

I can see the plug within the app… However, only one of the two sockets is displayed.

Further, the active socket is the one not displayed.

Are both outlets for the Plug shown individually as separate devices within the Home Screen Device List or do you have them Grouped?

The screen you show is the first screen you encounter off the main Device List. The Device List should also list Outdoor Plug 1 of 2.

Hit the back button on that screen, what do you see? It has been asked already, but do you see the other outlets on your device list as a separate device? Screenshots of your device list?
