I have the smart switch and it’s only used 50kb in the two days I’ve had it installed, but only have a local schedule for dusk to dawn on it atm.
If I install 3-4 of the BR30’s and 6 or so of the standard sized bulbs and have cloud based rules running on them all will I see higher monthly data usage or similar to the switch?
I have no way of actually measuring this, but I think it would be very similar, a very low amount of data. When turning a bulb on or off or changing its color, your sending a tiny bit of data too and from the Wyze servers. If you stream a video, every second is sending 60 frames (images) with thousands of pixels (each having their own color and brightness values).
