Hello, How many devices Can I connect and at the same time? Because I want to use the app on two phones.

If the devices are all in your home, the number of devices you can connect to the cameras is only limited by your network’s bandwidth. Two devices would be no problem on most networks that are 802.11n or above.

thank you, I know why but I added a new phone to the existing account and now I can only watch the cameras one phone only.

Are your phones both on WiFi? Are you using the same logon credentials on the Wyze app? Are you getting any error messages?
