How long does it take to get Wyze Support?

I created a Wyze Support ticket 3434687 late last week and so far I have only received a generic automated response. The response obviously had not considered all the information I had provided and gave me support steps that I had said I had already done.

In the past I had found Wyze support amazing fast and very professional. So I was a little taken back by the responce I had seen so far.

Are they behind on support lately?
