How can I submit tickets for missing footage

How can I submit a ticket for missing camera footage I’m missing some videos time lapse is not consistent.

Go here and click on the Contact us. Scroll down the list of the pop up box to find something close to what you want, just keep saying no until you can write in what your issue is and say yes to be contacted by email. It is a pain in the A$$. :upside_down_face:

You could also give Wyze support a call during business hours. I have had the best experience calling vs. a ticket or the support bot.
