Does each home sensor (motion, entry, keypad, etc) connect directly to the home WiFi or does it connect to the hub and the hub connect to wifi? I know that the outdoor cameras connect to the hub but I can’t find if the sensors work similarly.
The reason I ask is I am looking to create a mobile system that would allow me to operate cameras and sensors off a 4G/5G hotspot but the hotspot has a 20 device connection limit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The v2 motion sensors, v2 entry sensors and the keypad all require and connect to the Home Monitoring Hub, then the hub connects via WiFi or Ethernet.
That’s the answer I was hoping for. Has there been success operating the home monitoring hub of a mobile hotspot?

I am not sure about that, I do not personally know anyone who has tried. If you decide to try you will have to come back and let us know how it works for you.
