Home screen annoyingly moves options down last second like a last second ad load

Need to disable the constant home screen notifications that load last second and push all my options down so I click the wrong link. Annoying as hell.

Yes, it is annoying! I try to remember to wait a second, but I still miss once in a while.

You can reduce the frequency of these by going to account > notifications > app discovery and setting it to monthly. There is currently no way to disable it.
