Has anyone has success auto renewing their Home Monitoring Service? I have not have my subscription for almost a week now. There is apparently a bug according to an alert from April5th. I have opened 3 tickets with no success.
It looks like Gwendolyn over on the Facebook Core Community is already helping you but here was there response over there if you have not seen it yet.
Hello! I escalated your ticket for QA review and checked in on this. We had an issue in April but it hasn’t been an ongoing one. We’re going to provide coaching to your support agent to make sure this mistake doesn’t happen anymore.
