I can pair sensors with my Wyze Sense Hub perfectly but I cannot add them to my home and away mode sensor list.
I can see the sensors in the list to add them, but they do not stay once I click save. Please see the attached video.

Having the same problem here..and no support from Wyze
Please raise this issue to the support team. After the 3 or 4 emails back and fourth explaining I’ve tried all problem solving steps that they made me submit a log so they will look into. If you and a few other people go through the customer support process and finally get to the point of a log we could get this fixed.
I did chat with customer support earlier tonight and they had me send logs in the app with a screen recording of what’s happening. They just emailed me again and said to check my subscription?
Here is part of the email they sent. I didn’t know there were monitoring subscriptions for more devices?
“After reviewing your account, I also noticed that your current subscription is listed as Home Monitoring Monthly for one device. Could you please double check this on your end as well? This may be related to why only a limited number of sensors can be assigned within the monitoring configuration”
“Since the sensors themselves are functioning and connected properly, the issue may be tied to the current monitoring setup or subscription configuration rather than the hardware”
My support said something similar. Funny though, I have a bank statement showing they billed me and my wyze account states I have home monitoring until next year. I hope wyze can get this stuff sorted I’ve started to lose my patience with all of the bugs on the android app lately.
