Need certificate for home monitoring

In the app, Monitoring Tab, scroll to the bottom, Home Monitoring Settings, scroll down, Monitoring Certificate, Send Certificate.
The certificate will be emailed to you in a .pdf file attachment.

Is there a way to obtain this through the website and not the app?
If not, there really should be.

Unfortunately, I have not found any way to get the Certificate except for thru the app.
When I upgraded my service to Leak\Freeze monitoring, I had to email Noonlight (info@noonlight.com) to have them add those services to my certificate (app screenshot below). Perhaps emailing them with a certificate request would suffice?
Are you not able to get one by email using the app?
