Please, make the Home Monitoring account profile more inclusive and allow the users to enter more characters for their first/surnam names, the same way that it’s possible to enter name for the Wyze account profile. Why the home monitoring profile has different rules when compared to the Wyze account?
My surname is “Wolf de Goes”, but the app doesn’t allow me to type spaces on the home monitoring profile, so when I issue my certificate for the insurance, my surname is wrong, and that is unacceptable.
Please, be more inclusive!
