So Today I notice when my doorbell ring and I normal have it sending the accountment through my echo devices through out my house, Notice it was set to the default sound and was only playing on one of the echo’s, When I go in the Alexa App, the doorbell sound is enabled but when I try to changed it say’s Something went wrong, Unable to update your doorbell Chime sound settings. Please check your network connectivity and try again later? when i remove and readd it shows but same message pop up’s is it because amazon has been doing alot of updates ? or is anyone else having this problem?

I also own Wyze locks and Ring doorbell cameras. As of last night and today, I am not able to change the Announcement devices (to pick which Echo to chime on, the page shows blank even though I have multiple echo devices with communication and announcements settings enabled) nor the Chime sounds. I am getting the same error message as you when I try. Could be something down on Amazon Alexa’s end, I was able to do this before in the past. I tried relinking the doorbell cameras, re-pairing, reinstalling the app and no luck so far. I’ll give it a couple of days and see if they’ll fix it.
