Help on adding viewers

I’m trying to add some friends to view my webcam and I provide my username and password and they cannot connect. Help please!!

Hey there Asta4210,

I strongly suggest against sharing your email & password with others. Rather, use the new camera sharing option found by:

  1. Opening the live view for the camera you’d like to share.
  2. Click the settings / gear icon.
  3. Click the Share option near the bottom.
  4. Enter the email(s) you’d like to share the camera with.

Also, remember there is nothing you can do short of removing the microphone to keep them from hearing audio near the camera.

I don’t mind that. They are close friends and family. But I need to change the password could you call me and walk me thru it please?
