My headphones broke while I was stretching it to put them over my head. I was very disappointed since I got them for Christmas 2020. They were my favorites because they flashed without a hitch, paired to any device, and sounded better than any of the TaoTronics phones I have, and the absolute best ANC of any including Bose that I have used. My wife ordered another pair from Amazon. After I voiced my concerns we are sending them back. Sorry Wyze.
