Head Phone will not show on Windows 10 pro

I cannot get the Headphones to show up on Windows 10 Pro Blue Tooth , So now there a compete waste and I want to send them back. UGH Everything else in my house shows up on Blue Tooth even the neighbors Tv but those Head Phones Hate Hate Hate windows 10 Pro .

I have tried everything I can think of, the only way they work is if i plug them into the Computer.
Help any tips ?

I don’t have any particular suggestions, But I can at least confirm that the headphones immediately showed up on my Windows 10 Pro when I clicked on Bluetooth
/Add Bluetooth device. This was on a Surface Pro 4 running 10 Professional.
