Having trouble with cloud play back

I am having trouble with my new Wyze OG cloud play back. I keep getting an error and when I go to the micro disk the playback is very slow and literally stops about a second with every second that passes. This was not a problem a couple of weeks ago but now that I need to review some footage from over the weekend, it has been a very slow and painful process, plus it won’t play back the cloud clips at all. Anyone else having this problem? Short of that, any suggestions? Should I reset the cameras?
