Having trouble connecting after recent firmware update

After the latest update I have a hard time connecting to the door bell. Only thing I have found to fix the issue is to unplug the chime and plug it back in. Signal strength in device info is strong for both so I don’t believe it’s a connection issue. Any ideas?

Couple of questions to clarify a few things:

  • Which Doorbell are you talking about? Pro or Original, I am guessing the pro, but don’t want to guess.
  • Can you provide us with your Wyze App Version
  • Can you provide the Firmware version you updated with

Some times, rebooting your routers forces a reconnect and clears some of these issues, but need to know the particulars.

This is happening on both phones we have monitoring our system. Even turned off power saver in advanced settings since it’s hardwired.
