we got the new samsung 26 phone and now can only see 1 of our 3 cameras
its states device is off line we have reinstalled the app and unplug the cameras and nothing
Have you power cycled your WiFi router lately?

if you are able to see one but not others im guessing its it a connection issue between cam and router, as stated above definately try a restart. Depending on how big of a leap you made in upgrading as well, definitely check for updates to the app.
