Hey guys, I have had this duo cam for only a few months now but seems to have developed an issue with the battery. I have been offered a replacement by wyze but I have decided to switch brands for a doorbell that will meet all of my needs.
And since Wyze has now given me full store credit for the duo cam I figure I should not sell but try to give it to someone, all you would need to do is pay the actual shipping cost by whatever method you should prefer.
I don’t know if the warranty will still apply now though since they have given me full credit for it. So in the event that this might be more than a battery issue, just please be aware of this.
This is the thread where all of this was discussed initially, and you can see actual pics below of the duo cam when I was preparing to ship it back to Wyze but they didn’t tell me to ship it back, that’s why I am offering it here now.
Everything is still in excellent condition but please feel free to ask any questions at all.
