Thank you. Please consider the option to have the GDC notify that the door is “still” open at a time of the day as a “check”, rather automatically closing it at a particular time in future software.

We do have the feature that notifies the user when the door is still left open for a custom amount of time in the app 
We will consider your request in future updates for sure.

Except that many wishlist request go years with no answers (e.g. dark mode on the app). 4 years later, it has yet to go anywhere.

Oh thank you. I was led to believe it was only for 1 hour, not a custom amount of time. That’s also helpful. Given that I don’t have the GDC yet, it didn’t make sense to submit something for the wishlist since I didn’t know anything.
Just look at the Roadmap to see how many have made it, tho.

It isn’t ‘fill-in-the-blank’ custom, but you can select from several possibilities up to one hour.
