My father-in-law’s garage door controller stopped working and just goes off-line if I tried to use it yesterday. Later the same happened to mine. I restart camera, Try to open door and it goes back off-line. Power cycled it and makes no difference.
I would contact our support team at 206-339-9646.
Did 2 more power cycles, a force close in the app and cleared cache. Opened app and both controllers are working normally. Hope this helps
