How do I enable my free CamPlus? I’ve tried all the basic stuff (firmware update, reboot. Login logout) but still doesn’t show as activated under my account and under service.
If you purchased a camera and it said it came with cam plus, you should see it as available to be assigned in the account > services tab. If it’s not, try clearing your app cache in account > app settings, then sign out and back into the app.
Also, make sure you purchased the camera using the same account as you have signed into the app
Clearing the cache didn’t work…. And I’m using the same acct that I purchased the camera with.
I would contact support (support.wyze.com) to try and see if they can fix it on their end
