# Floor Lamp startup

I received my 2 floor lamps a couple of days ago and I have been trying to pair the remotes with the lamps with no success. They both arrived with non-functioning batteries so I used 2 new batteries, followed all the directions, reset both the remotes and the lamps. The remotes are still not paired. Any help will be appreciated.

I also though the battery was non-functioning. The batteries are very well shrink-wrapped with plastic. You can barely tell. But take a look and it’s there. Once you remove the plastic wrapped around the battery it will work.

Thank you so much! Took care of my problem…removed the plastic wrap! lol
