I have an eero 6+ setup at home and have this problem with the floodlight…
The ios app shows offline, but it is recording… but the lights don’t come on when this happens…
I can watch recordings and then click live and see the live camera…
Suggestions?
Sounds like the system outage Monday still happening for you.

Same thing happened to me after the outage. After a power cycle, it started appearing as online in the app again.
One of my Floodlight Pro still shows offline, although it will sometimes flash the current image and timestamp before immediately saying “offline”.
Of course it is the one and only camera in my fleet that has no switch to control power, other than a breaker that will trip many devices, and it requires a ladder to access for any other reason. So I am not in a big rush to reboot it to see if it will fix the issue…
