Does anyone have any idea why the floodlight goes from this first picture to this after second picture. Is it the street lights doing this

7or 8pm every day and get double notifications on all cameras

Guys one more and advice is greatly appreciated should this be pull do a little more to see the steps to get a better view of when tenant in and just if something happens
