Floodlight pro can’t watch videos

Just installed the new floodlight and there are videos available but we cannot view them.

When you say there are videos available, do you mean Recent Event Videos showing under the Live Stream image when you open the cam, or Cloud Uploaded Event videos that show in the Events Tab, or do you mean SD Playback recorded videos?

Is your Floodlight Pro assigned to a Cam Plus subscription? Is there an icon on the thumbnails that looks like a mountain and sun?

Can you describe in detail where in the app you are seeing these available videos and what happens when you try to view them?

The videos are under recent events and yes they do have a mountain and sun picture on them.

I subscribed to the 2.99 free 30 day trial today

When I click on the videos nothing happens

If they have the mountain and sun logo, those aren’t videos. Those are Snapshot Images. If you don’t have Cam Plus, all you get is a snapshot image. Those will never give you a video.

Those could have been recorded before you subscribed to Cam Plus, or the cam isn’t assigned to the Cam Plus subscription yet.

Go to the Account Tab, click Services, and find the Cam Plus header. If the Floodlight Pro is assigned to Cam Plus, you should see it there listed with your subscription. If it isn’t, you can click the Add Cameras at the bottom and choose the Floodlight to assign it. Once assigned, you should start to see videos you can watch in the Recent Events and the Events Tab.
