I just bought 2 floodlight cameras and right from day one they continously go offline all throughput the day and night 5 and 6 times. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips and still they go offline. I cannot seem to get any help from the "support " so I’m out $200 for junk

What Cam models do you have, and what specific detail can you share about your experience and any troubleshooting steps you’ve attempted? Noting your app version and the Cams’ firmware version might also shed some light here.
