I’m sure I can get some guidance here, so I have been having issues with the floodlight camera and was attempting to “reinstall" it to the app after deleting it. I have since attempted to factory reset by holding the setup button for 10 secs. The indicator light on the camera just stays blue and never resets. I have had an ongoing issue with this camera as it will “device not connected" in the app several times a week and have had to restart it on multiple occasions. Any tips on what I may be doing wrong?

I’ll start by saying that I don’t actually have this Cam model, but a few questions come to mind:
- Are you using a microSD card in this camera, and did you remove it prior to attempting the reset as described in the instructions?
- What firmware version is your Cam Floodlight v2 using? There are at least a couple of topics here in the Forum about connectivity issues (especially with people using hidden or non-broadcast Wi-Fi SSIDs) since the most recent production firmware update a few months ago. I noticed earlier today that a new beta firmware has been released, so hopefully they’re taking those issues into account, but I haven’t seen anything explicitly stating that from Wyze.
- What did Support say when you contacted them?
I think you’re doing the right thing with the 10-second hold of the setup button, but I’d still wonder about a microSD card interfering with the process, and that’s probably the first thing I’d want to know about.
crease beat me to it, that was the first thing that popped to my mind as well.
every now and then I have held a bit longer as the human perception of time is well, slightly fallible we shall say, but let us know on the SD card!

Floodlight Camera V2 keeps disconnecting
This literally happens almost 3 to 4 times a week and it becomes absolutely irritating that it continues to happen. Online searches suggest that it is positioned either too close or too far from the wifi but I have it at an optimal location. Signal strength is regularly strong and when it is working, it works great. As I write this, the app currently shows it being offline. It always shows a flashing blue light and according to the status guide, that means it setting up, which makes ZERO sense as its already setup. I am really not sure what else I can do. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
