Flashing strobe disc light on night mode

Hi,

I just got this video recording of a flashing orb that also looks like a disc on night mode inside of the house. We don’t have anything on the ceiling in that location. Has anyone experienced anything like this. I have read it could be bugs or dust but this is to strong and not round. Not sure if it’s a defect with the camera or something else. Has anyone else seen this?
