This happens on event playback on the V3 Pro and V3 cameras when using Cam+ Unlimited on Android devices. If you enable sound under advanced settings, the stutter goes away. It is not legal in several states to record audio without permission.
It does not happen on the V2 cameras.
There have been a multitude of logs sent and videos posted. It is still a problem, and the only workaround is to suffer or use 4x playback.
