Today while trying to ensure that all my devices are current I went to the “Firmware update” tab, however when I do this the screen says “There are no devices linked to this account”. I need to know how to fix this as I have over 20 devices that need to stay current. Any help is welcomed.
Server glitch, mine did it too. And getting into the forums was broken, what else unknown.

Try again now. The firmware screen finally started loading for me after saying I had no devices on my account for over 30 minutes earlier.
