Fearless Possum or Lazy Cat?

This cat staked out the water bowl for over 5 min. Didn’t seem interested in the possum or anything else. The possum came back by about 10 min. later so it wasn’t a cat snack.

The original video is over 3 minutes long. The possum showed up twice before and made a U turn but I could still see it’s eyes glowing in the IR. Finally it decided to just try it’s luck. It’s not Petronella so I need to name this one.

Thanks :smiley: I gave the possum a good Belgian name >>> Dieudonnée (Do daw knee) form the Latin name Dĕus dăto which means "God Given and or “Given from God”. It used to be a popular girls name about 300 years ago :upside_down_face:
