all other wifi devices are fine. unplugged replugged cams no effect.

Plugin V1 old model works.
V2 outdoor all offline.
The new 5g outdoor camera is working fine.
Been a customer since 2020 and disappointed in all the issue’s half the time no detection when people walk by several cameras can’t detect an adult walking down the sidewalk half the time, what is going on spent years pissed off dealing with all this and still feeling unsafe when my eyes see this in plain site but multiple cameras can’t.
You might try moving your WiFi access point if possible. I had one v3 camera that kept going off line. The problem v3 is in a room my wife stores a bunch of big storage bins which she recently moved around the room.
I did not want to touch my wife’s storage bins so I move my WiFi access point to a different room in my house this morning. So far. The problem v3 has not gone off line.
Yes all 3 of my camera are offline unplugged and pluged them all back in still offline brought one camera close to my wifi modem keeps blinking from red to blue light constantly, pushed setup button says ready to connect them it doesnt.
I have a Samsung Android. As of yesterday my app said…“off line” i checked all of my wi-fi
Everything is working correctly. I Uninstalled app…then when I tried to reinstall I’m getting a message of “my device isn’t supported”
Basically I can’t download the app becuase my phone now cant support the app. Looking for a solution.
What version of OS?
I believe anything 7.0 and above should work.

The thing is…it was working 2 days ago. Then it said “off line” so I uninstalled and tried to reinstall. Now I cant because my “device isn’t supported”
I’ve read where emails were sent out 2 or so months ago. I’ve throughly checked and I did no receive any type of notifications.
At this point this camera is useless to me. Such a disappointment. I’ve tried to download an older version and that was a major fail.
Got up this morning and just my pan cam v3’s are down. Rapid flashing blue light. All other wyze cams and devices are up amd running fine. Just my 3 pan cam v3’s down. All trouble shooting hasnt worked.
