For the past several days the Events tab hasn’t shown any event entries, even though I’m getting notifications of motion and they show of several of my cameras. This issue applies to all of my cameras (multiple types), across multiple apps (apple, android and web browser), and I’ve double checked setting and even deleted and reinstalled apps. Nothing seems to help get Events to show.
Thoughts?
I’ve received this error message numerous time contacting the support team doesn’t help because they want to transfer the case to a email response team this is a security system not a child’s toy I don’t get it at all
In my case, I was traveling and think the differences in times zones between the devices and the app was creating issues. When I got home, it corrected itself.
