After many months of smooth event detection the “smart” features of the cloud service are on and off. Checked with 3 other users and they have similar issues.

That’s what Tech Support says but I guess isn’t important enough to list in their Service Status or Know issues on the support page. I haven’t seen any glaring issues.
Just yesterday, I had some notifications come in 35 minutes late.
This V3 looking out a window provided me with 25 “Person” Tagged videos all in a row yesterday. I guess I will have to find a human name for the tree.
