Event smart detection intermittently non-functional since early April 2025

After many months of smooth event detection the “smart” features of the cloud service are on and off. Checked with 3 other users and they have similar issues.

Have you tried the reset service button on the app?

Yes. Tech support has confirmed this as an issue.

That’s what Tech Support says but I guess isn’t important enough to list in their Service Status or Know issues on the support page. I haven’t seen any glaring issues.

Just yesterday, I had some notifications come in 35 minutes late.

This V3 looking out a window provided me with 25 “Person” Tagged videos all in a row yesterday. I guess I will have to find a human name for the tree. :laughing:
