Same issue for me. Keeps telling me to “Upgrade To Cam Plus”.
Anyone seeing the issue where you can’t use it, make sure your up to date, and try clearing your app cache in account > app settings, then sign out and back into the app.
If it still doesn’t work, please submit an app log in account > Wyze support, and post the log number here. Thanks!
I did have that issue yesterday (probably had before that) … just checked I can see all my Camera’s now…

Thank you @carverofchoice for providing such a great user report. It really made our team effort worth it and made our day~~~. This is our first iteration of Event Insight (Technically it is the second iteration, the original Event Insight was the Banner that shows how much total time we have recorded) and we will definitely further improve Event Insight on our customer feedback.
Same here. I even talked with support and they couldn’t figure it out. Open an incident 2572070 and log 824974.
