After toggling on motion and sound in the events recording section, when checking it a day later it has deselected motion, leaving only sound toggled on.?
Never seen that before. Have you tried the “reset services” on that cam? Are you using cloud (cam plus), SD card, or both?
Can also clear cache for the wyze app, both within the app and in your phone settings.
When all else fails, you can factory reset the cam and see if it helps.
There are two ways
Leave it in the app, when you re-add it, name it the same thing, it will keep most of the previous settings (though in this case, keeping settings may be a bad thing).
Delete it from the app, factory reset it, re-add it with slightly different name so it doesn’t learn any settings.
