I just received my Wyze Cam Pan v3 cameras yesterday 12/5/24 and the one I set up seemed to work ok, at first, for event playback. Now I keep getting failure to connect or when it does, there is a black screen. The event seems to play for the recorded time then stops at the end and finally shows the last image as a still. Firmware Version 4.50.5.1318 it says up to date. App version 3.2.7.595 also says up to date. I am using a Samsung Tablet A8. Wifi has been restarted several times, powered camera on/off several times, unplugged it. Restarted app several times. Restarted tablet several times. Still no change. No events will start or play normally. I noticed while playing with it that once the video starts and the black screen is showing, that if I use my fingers to zoom in, then the video appears. But if I try to unzoom it, the screen freezes, but the video counter continues to the end of the length of the recording with frozen image. The problem also seems to be intermittent. As I was playing with the app and camera, I noticed that sometimes it seemed to work as it is supposed to, but more often than not, I am having the issue described above.
