I had the same issue. The fix is to delete the base station and re-add to the network then re-add the cam outdoor by sync-sync botton method and that’s it
I had this -20010 issue on my 3 outdoor cameras. 2 cameras stopped having notifications. I couldn’t connect live to any of them. Turning the camera off an on didn’t work. I wound up cycling power to the base station, then I could connect live to each camera with no problems.
